Dear Section V Baseball:
The
Big Apple Baseball/Softball Coaches Convention (www.bigapplebash.com) is a clinic
run by Frozen Ropes Baseball and
Marra,
a former NYS high school coach and current
last
year (80 members) and came to us for assistance in promoting the new
association in 2006. We agreed to offer
administrative support and make the
Big
Apple Convention the home of the annual NYSBCA meeting.
In
addition, to helping Mike with this worthwhile project, The Big Apple
Convention agreed to help him generate interest in the NYSBCA by sponsoring
a
kick-off social event and registration drive at the convention and offer a
partnership with each section in the form of a 20% donation back to the
section
for each coach that registers for the convention.
As
it relates to Section V – in exchange for the 20% donation, we would ask you to
forward a customized email to all your coaches (any level, Varsity –
modified)
that contains the partnership announcement and includes a tracking code.
There
are three clinic options: Full, Saturday only, and youth Saturday only. The
donation applies to any choice.
